With 26 years of experience as a counselor and psychotherapist, I've dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate the complexities of life where they often feel "stuck." My role as a therapist is to empower clients to shift their perspective from that of a victim to one of growth, understanding that every challenge is an opportunity for personal development. The journey involves overcoming self-protection and fear, trusting that our emotions serve a purpose, and learning to embrace them rather than evade them.As a practicing Buddhist for the past 20 years, I’ve come to understand that life transcends our jobs, possessions, and roles as parents, professionals, friends, or partners. We all yearn to discover our deeper purpose, often obscured by the hustle of daily life and the pressure to validate our worth through constant achievement. Spiritual mentoring offers a reflective space that helps individuals access their higher purpose. With my support as a guide a client can peel back layers of emotional wounds to gain clarity and insight into the greater context of their current challenges.
